The Mobile Coffee Mastermind ("Program") is designed to provide coaching, resources, and community support for mobile coffee entrepreneurs. The Program includes access to exclusive content, live calls, and networking opportunities.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Enrollment is subject to approval and may be denied or revoked at the discretion of the Program administrators.

• Payment must be completed before gaining access to any materials or sessions.

 

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• If a payment plan is offered, participants must adhere to the agreed schedule.

• Failure to make payments may result in removal from the Program.

 

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All materials, resources, and session recordings provided in the Program are the intellectual property of The Mobile Coffee Mastermind and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

• Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions, shared strategies, and proprietary business information from other members.

 

5. Community Standards & Code of Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is required in all discussions, live sessions, and community interactions.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund.

• The Program administrators reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The Program provides education and guidance but does not guarantee business success or financial outcomes.

• Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions and business operations.

• The Program and its administrators are not liable for any losses, damages, or business decisions made by participants.

 

7. Termination & Access

• Participants who violate these Terms & Conditions may be removed from the Program without notice or refund.

• The Program administrators may update or discontinue the Program at their discretion.

• Continued access to materials may be subject to future terms and conditions.

 

8. Amendments & Updates

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and participants will be notified of significant changes.

• Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
